Brief:
Create 3D architectural film from basic 3D model of building.
Approach:
Using real-time rendering software more dynamic shots with depth of field can be created for a more cinematic final film. This can be done because the final result can be seen instantly in minutes instead of hours or days using classic architectural visualisation techniques.
About the building:
Unifamily residence in 1912, pharmaceutical factory between 1955 – 1993, abandoned and damaged 1995-2014; under conversion, rehabilitation and extension into multifamily residential complex -2019
Impact:
By showing the film to clients looking for apartments before the building even started going up Mad Projects was able to sell the majority of the apartments before the building was finished.
